§.1 General provisions

  1. The data controller is Lach Grzegorz P.H.U.- CHP with its seat at ul. Janowiec 26, 32-626 Jawiszowice, entered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, NIP: 5492037163, REGON: 356168703. The data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal regulations, and its storage takes place on secured servers.

  2. The Regulations glossary is used for the interpretation of terms, or they are understood as described in the Privacy Policy (if the direct description is applicable).

  3. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced by "You", and "Controller" with "We". The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

  4. We respect your right to privacy and care for data security.

  5. Personal data provided in the form on the website is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Controller

  1. The Service Provider is the Controller of personal data of their customers. This means that if you are our customer or have given your non-mandatory consent visible when you provide your data on our website, we will process your data such as your name, email address, telephone number, position, workplace, company name, physical address (postal code, city, street name) and the identification data of your business/company/enterprise/organizational unit and IP address.

  2. The service provider is also the controller of people who are subscribed to the newsletter.

  3. Personal data are processed:

    1. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,

    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,

    3. to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly perform the electronically provided Services,

    4. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not affect the rights and freedoms of the data subject:

    5. to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent given by you if you subscribed to the newsletter.

  4. Every data subject (if we are the data administrator) has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing, and also to object and to submit a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  7. The Service Provider has the right to share the personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).

  8. The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or legal objection to the processing of personal data.

  9. The Service Provide does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable law.

  10. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and access control in order to minimize the effects of possible data security reaches.

  11. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom maintain close cooperation.

§3. Cookies

  1. The website www.cylindersbundles.com uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser's computer software. When the browser re-connects to the page, the page recognizes the type of device the user connects from. The parameters allow only the server that created the files to read information contained in them. Cookies therefore make the use of previously visited websites easier.
