§.1 General provisions

  1. The data controller is Lach Grzegorz P.H.U.- CHP with its seat at ul. Janowiec 26, 32-626 Jawiszowice, entered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, NIP: 5492037163, REGON: 356168703. The data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal regulations, and its storage takes place on secured servers.

  2. The Regulations glossary is used for the interpretation of terms, or they are understood as described in the Privacy Policy (if the direct description is applicable).

  3. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced by "You", and "Controller" with "We". The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

§2. Data Controller

  1. The Service Provider is the Controller of personal data of their customers. This means that if you are our customer or have given your non-mandatory consent visible when you provide your data on our website, we will process your data such as your name, email address, telephone number, position, workplace, company name, physical address (postal code, city, street name) and the identification data of your business/company/enterprise/organizational unit and IP address.

  2. The service provider is also the controller of people who are subscribed to the newsletter.

    1. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,

    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,

    3. to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly perform the electronically provided Services,

    4. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not affect the rights and freedoms of the data subject:

  4. Every data subject (if we are the data administrator) has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing, and also to object and to submit a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  8. The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or legal objection to the processing of personal data.

  10. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and access control in order to minimize the effects of possible data security reaches.

  11. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom maintain close cooperation.

§3. Cookies

  1. The website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser's computer software. When the browser re-connects to the page, the page recognizes the type of device the user connects from. The parameters allow only the server that created the files to read information contained in them. Cookies therefore make the use of previously visited websites easier.
    The information collected relates to IP address, browser type, language, operating system type, Internet service provider, time and date information, location, and information we send to the website via the contact form.

  2. The data collected is used to monitor and verify how users use our websites in order to improve the functioning of the website by providing more efficient, trouble-free navigation. We monitor user information using Google Analytics tool, which records user’s activity on the website.
    CCookies identify the user which allows the content of the website being used to be tailored to user's needs. By remembering user's preferences, it allows for appropriate matching of advertisements. We use cookie files to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our website, and the data collected is used only within our company in order to optimize our operations.

    2. cookies used to ensure safety, e.g. to detect malpractices in terms of the website authentication issues;

  5. Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, is only collected in those places where the user has expressly consented to it by filling in the form. We retain and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform a given function.
